What made you start blogging? It evolved when I was encouraged by family and friends to share my weight loss and fitness journey.
Do you think your blogs make an impact on your readers? I hope to inspire through my posts and I’ve been told that my posts have had an impact.
Do you get pleasure from your writing? Yes, I do! It’s therapeutic for me and helpful to others!
What is your biggest fear? Relapse

How many followers do you have and how do you get new followers? I have 133. I get new followers by engaging with those I follow on WordPress, Instagram & Facebook
