Welcome to December!!!

Ready or not, the final chapter of the year has arrived. Reflecting on this year, and my word of the year, Empower, it reminds me of the growth, resilience and opportunities that the year has brought so far.

December starts off with a bang 🔥birthday and anniversary month 🎉❤️, finishing another semester strong, and feeling energized with my fitness goals. With big plans for 2025, like starting off the year with a family Disney trip, quarter marathon with my bestie, more vacations, and…. Drum roll 🥁 Graduation in August 🎓🎉 That being said, this month is all about staying focused, persistent, and proud! 

With all the greatness that December will deliver, it’s also about momentum. There is no time to slow down, but instead lean into this season of perseverance and progress. Time to close out 2024 feeling empowered 💪🏼
