Are there things you try to practice daily to live a more sustainable lifestyle?

Well, it happened…. When I woke up this morning, the first thing I realized was that I didn’t blog yesterday. This is a big deal, because I was on a 328-day blogging streak. I’m so upset, but oh well. That’s life. Day 1. Like many things in life, when we stumble we get right back up and pick up where we left off.

How did my streak begin? With the daily prompts provided by Jetpack. So here I am, my day one, answering today’s daily prompt. Enjoy 🥰

Living a more sustainable lifestyle includes walking on a daily basis, working out most days whether it be yoga, cycling or weights, and being mindful of how I nourish my body. I have 4 grandchildren and more to come, so I want to keep optimal mobility and stamina so I can keep up with them!
