While the lifespan of athletic shoes can vary depending on factors like mileage, terrain, and individual wear patterns, experts generally recommend replacing running shoes every 300-500 miles and walking shoes every 500-750 miles.

Over time, the cushioning and support in shoes can break down, increasing the risk of discomfort, injury, and decreased performance. So, keep track of your mileage and give your feet the support they deserve by swapping out your shoes regularly!

That being said, it’s time to ditch the old for some new ones!!!
