Describe one positive change you have made in your life.

My positive change journey is twofold. It all began in November 2015 when I decided to take control of my health and take the first step of my weight loss journey, shedding over 50 lbs and sustaining the loss. This transformation sparked my dedication to fitness, propelled me into roles within the health and wellness sector, and eventually inspired my return to college to pursue my bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology with a concentration in Health Promotion Wellness. If someone had told me, as I entered Weight Watchers in November 2015, that it would pave the way for me to finally complete what I had started in 1983, I would have found it hard to believe.
My journey is a testament to the power of surrendering and allowing life to unfold its unexpected, yet rewarding, paths.
