What makes you laugh?

The innocent unfiltered things that my grandchildren say always brings me joy and laughter. Times shared with family and friends, rom-com movies, Steve Martin, John Candy, Jerry Seinfeld, and many more!
Laughter offers physical and emotional health benefits. It can reduce stress by lowering levels of stress hormones like cortisol and release feel-good endorphins. Laughing also boosts the immune system by increasing the production of immune cells and antibodies, which enhances the body’s ability to fight off infections. Additionally, laughter promotes relaxation, improves mood, and fosters social connections by strengthening relationships and enhancing communication. Over time, incorporating laughter into daily life can contribute to overall well-being and resilience against the negative effects of stress.
