What strategies do you use to cope with negative feelings?

Strategies that help me cope with negative feelings include prayer, reading personal development book, listening to a podcast, reaching out to friends, and exercise. Depending on how strong the negative feelings are will determine my outlet. Realizing that these strategies are (for the most part), part of my daily routine, I dig deeper with greater intention to fit the tug of war in between my ears. The struggle is real sometimes, but it’s always worth the fight.
