What makes a good leader?

In my opinion, a servant leader possesses the qualities of a good leader. They put others first and lead with their heart. They are compassionate listeners, understands their needs, and works alongside them to achieve goals.

A servant leader guides their team to help them succeed. They lead with kindness, empathy, and a genuine desire to see others grow and thrive. I’ve been blessed to work with these leaders in the past and the environment of servant leadership’s office always has a high morale. ❤️
