Where can you reduce clutter in your life?

This year I’ve reintroduced the practice of journaling thanks to it being a homework requirement for my Registered Yoga Training (RYT). Journaling is a therapeutic tool which has allowed me to declutter my mind. Putting pen to paper releases pent up thoughts and emotions resulting in clarity. The self-reflection that journaling provides has also created the space for fresh perspectives. I am filled with gratitude for the gift of journaling and the reward of decluttering my mind.
