My chosen word of the year is EMPOWER. Empower begins with the belief that your voice matters, your actions make a difference, and you have the ability to shape your own narrative. Firmly anchored in this empowering mindset, I am committed to translating belief into action.

My education will serve as a powerful vehicle for empowerment, with the goal of completing 36 college credit hours in 2024 while striving for optimal grades.

Additionally, I am excited to embark on a transformative chapter of yoga with Yoga Teacher Training scheduled for the first quarter of 2024, a pursuit that will not only deepen my practice but will also contribute to my internship.
