What are your favorite physical activities or exercises?

Currently, my favorite exercise routine consist of a mixed bag of movement. It is my firm belief that movement serves as a form of medicine for the body. Walking remains a constant and soul-soothing activity in my routine. Nature is medicine! Yoga, introduced to me in 2019, has revealed my body’s potential and offers both physical and mental benefits. Additionally, this summer I discovered Pilates, which unveiled new dimensions of balance, flexibility, core strength, and mind-body connection. Recognizing the unique needs of my body at this stage of life, I find joy, challenge, and essential elements of well-being in both yoga and Pilates. Ultimately, it’s important to find an enjoyable and personally fulfilling form of movement, treating it as an investment in one’s health and happiness.
