What is your favorite place to go in your city?

My favorite place to go happens to be two boutique gyms, both locally owned by women. I love spending my time on the mat at Bayou Yoga (BY). Steven & I discovered this gem in 2019 and immediately fell in love with this intimate yoga community. This year, I discovered another hidden gem, Evolve Studio which offers Pilates and HIIT workouts. Like BY, it was love at first sight with a welcoming community. I am grateful to have found these two boutique gyms hidden in plain sight.
