What book are you reading right now?
In addition to my wonderful textbooks of health, history, management and algebra, I was recently given the book, Joy of Movement, by a special friend. So grateful for the gift of this book 🥰 Absolutely love it and highly recommend.


As the author, Kelly McGonigal writes, engaging in physical activity contributes to discovering happiness, hope, connection, and courage. Exercise, ideally, becomes a wellspring of joy, as it is intricately linked with fundamental human pleasures like self-expression and social interaction. It serves as a potent remedy issues such as depression, anxiety, and loneliness.
I’m not finished yet, but it I can personally attest to the truth it is filled with through my personal experience with my health and fitness journey. Movement is medicine and this book affirms it ❤️
