Hello October! 🍁

Embracing a fresh start and a positive outlook as we enter the final quarter of the year. I’m committed to finishing strong by sticking to my morning walks, embracing Pilates and yoga for flexibility and balance, and exploring delicious gluten-free recipes. Steven and I have embarked on a gluten-free and dairy-free journey with BODis Gut Protocol, and the results have been incredible – more energy, better sleep, and clearer skin, among other benefits.

My focus on education remains unwavering as I drive towards the semester’s end, which aligns with my upcoming 58th birthday. As the year comes to a close, I want to look back with pride, knowing that I’ve given my all and become a stronger, better version of myself compared to the beginning of the year.
