The cornerstone of my morning routine that I hold dear in my heart is my daily walk. Walking carries immense advantages, as it kickstarts my day with fresh air, sunshine, and the tranquility of nature. This ritual enhances my quality of life with both physical rejuvenation and mental clarity.
